Visualization Workshop - What You See (in your mind) is What You Get
February 12, 2010
Here’s an interesting bit about Albert Einstein…
He didn't start speaking until he was 4 years old and his teachers labeled him as a "daydreamer".
Walt Disney had been bankrupt 7 times before he saw his vision of Disneyland come to life. Despite his financial stress he would walk around that Orange Grove and see his vision very clearly.
Both these legends practiced one the most important principles of applying the Law of Attraction...
Visualization.
Now you could be like I was in the beginning and just find it difficult to hold a picture in your mind of all the things you
want to manifest.
Being able to clearly visualize your end result with emotion, changes your daydreams or wishes into goals you strongly believe are the true picture of your near future.
But not everyone can simply hold a clear picture or visualization in their mind so I have a few hints to help you today...
1. Get clear about what you want and write these things down on paper into short, powerful, present tense affirmations.
2. Take the hard work out of visualizing your goals by creating a vision board where you reinforce your affirmations with photos of the car you drive, the house you want, the partner you're with, the people you help etc.
Having visual, photographic prompts to look at really helps with this process.
2. To help with the "emotional" part of this process make sure you have peak posture while looking at your vision board/photos ...head up, shoulders back, back straight, and breathe deeply and even jump around at the same time if you like.
These actions completely anchor a positive, joyful emotion to your goals which in turn produce a positive, joyful vibration.
3. Music is one of the fastest ways to attach emotion to your goals. Play your most inspiring, motivating, emotion invoking music while looking at your vision board.
4. When you visualize it is important that you see through your eyes as if you are experiencing your goals first hand.
5. Get started now!
